The Sales Development Representative “SDR” is actively educating new markets and new prospects about the opportunities with Linc Global. This person will navigate target accounts and qualify inbound inquiries. The SDR will partner with the Linc Global sales team to prioritize and expand opportunities. The SDR will work on the marketing team to fill the Linc Global pipeline with qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute our proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
  • Strategize with top-producing sales execs
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
  • Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior execs about their business needs
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Leverage CRM tools to prospect including Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Educate and qualify prospects within Target Accounts — develop sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Connect with prospects by phone and email — using Salesforce as your system of record
  • Timely follow up to inbound website inquiries, marketing qualified leads and referrals
  • Work closely with account reps to identify key players and accounts to develop
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Drive demand through multi channel campaigns
  • Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests
  • Research organizations and relationships between prospects to create a penetration strategy
  • Develop and revise calling scripts and qualification criteria

  • Knowledge of customer acquisition channels and challenges a plus
  • Experience with sales development/inside sales a plus
  • Experience selling into ecommerce/retail companies a plus
  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
  • 1+ years sales or related market/business experience
